Concentrated, long lasting, anti-bacterial disinfectant for the easy treatment, removal and prevention of green mould and algae on hard surfaces. With no tiresome scrubbing or pressure washing just dilute, apply and leave to dry. Works in days and lasts for months. Treats up to 85 m2. Also suitable for indoor use and as a pre-paint fungicidal wash. It is biodegradable and children and pets need not be excluded from treated areas once dry.

Step one: Spray Patio Magic! is a hard surface cleaner that kills and controls green mould, algae and lichens.* The Patio Magic! ready to use spray with power sprayer is a ready to use product, there is no need to dilute it (and batteries are included too). The Patio Magic. concentrate needs to be diluted in water in a low-pressure garden sprayer or watering can.	Step two: Leave to dry Easy to use – just apply and leave to dry. Visible results in 2 to 4 days. Do not apply the concentrate product if rain is expected in the following 5 to 6 hours. Do not apply the ready to use spray product if rain is expected in the following 24 hours. Children and pets need not be excluded from treated areas once dry.	No scrubbing There is no need for scrubbing or pressure washing – just apply and leave Patio Magic! to do all the hard work. Non-staining, will not damage treated areas.	Long lasting protection Kills green mould and algae within typically 2 to 4 days, and helps to gently clean the treated surfaces in the following weeks and months. Product is broken down naturally in the soil. * Control of lichens can take from 2 weeks to 6 months.

Where to use For use on outdoor paved areas, patios, paths, driveways and walls, greenhouse or conservatory glass, perspex and garden furniture. Whilst this product leaves no deposits or stains, it is recommended that you test on a small area if unsure. In the event of direct contact with plants, flush with clean water. Keep animals off treated surfaces until completely dry (often 5-6 hours).	When to use The Patio Magic! ready to use spray with power sprayer can be used April through to June and September through to October. The Patio Magic! concentrate can be used all year round. Treat in dry weather. For best results, apply when surface is completely dry. Kills green mould and algae within typically 2 to 4 days, and helps to gently clean the treated surfaces in the following weeks and months. Algal growth may discolour for several days after treatment. Also kills black mould, but residual black mould staining may persist.	How to use Remove any large accumulations of mould or algae using a stiff brush. Remove any debris such as leaves, twigs or weeds. The Patio Magic! ready to use spray with power sprayer is a ready to use product, no preparation is required. The Patio Magic! concentrate should be diluted 1:4 with water for normal use (or up to a maximum 1:9 for light growths) in a low-pressure garden sprayer or watering can. Always ensure the container is stored and carried upright when not spraying.

Contains benzalkonium chloride

Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.

For use only as a surface biocide

Apply 1 litre of diluted product per 3-7 square metres.

To avoid risks to human health and the environment, comply with the instructions for use.

Patio Magic. Concentrate can cause serious skin irritation and eye damage.

Wear protective gloves and eye/face protection.

Do not breathe vapour/spray.

Otherwise wear respiratory protective equipment and eye protection (see HSE Guidance Booklet HS (G) 53: ’The Selection, Use and Maintenance of Respiratory Protective Equipment – A Practical Guide’)

Do not contaminate foodstuffs, eating utensils or food contact surfaces.

This material and its container must be disposed of in a safe way.

Disposal: Before disposing rinse with water and dispose of at a local amenity recycling site.

Unprotected persons and animals should be kept away from treated areas for 48 hours or until surfaces are dry.

Do not use near drains, prevent any surface run-off from entering drains.

These products contain substances which are known to be hazardous to the environment. Do not contaminate ground, waterbodies or watercourses with chemicals or used container.

Avoid all contact with plant life.

Users must comply in full with all their legal responsibilities under the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986 (as amended), including complying with all Conditions of Approval.

A2: Yes. Patio Magic. can be used on a wide range of outdoor surfaces such as patios, tarmac and asphalt driveways, painted and glazed pots, garden ornaments, brickwork, masonry, York stone, concrete, greenhouses, conservatories, PVC, caravans, tennis courts and other artificial play/sports surfaces.

Q3: Do I need to jet wash the surface before I apply Patio Magic?

A3: No. Pressure-washing is messy and takes a surprising amount of time. It often roughens surfaces, thereby encouraging rapid algal re-growth. Patio Magic! is a dynamic algaecidal detergent that works without the need for manual scrubbing or pressure-washing – and it takes just minutes to apply.

Q4: When will I see results?

A4: The primary function of Patio Magic products is to kill green mold and algae and lichens you will normally see the results of this within 2-4 days. Some lichens can be very hardy and results may take longer.

Q5: How long will it help prevent re-growth?

A5: Protection can last for about 6-9 months after the first treatment, subsequent treatments can help extend the length of protection. Areas permanently in the shade, or prone to collecting water will have a reduced period of prevention.

A6: The coverage per each pack size is as follows:
