The services included house cleaning, plumbing, electrical work and up to 700 different services. The company is doing so by collaborating with local services providers to make those services available.
The services aimed to make your life easier, by providing difficult home tasks at your fingertip.
The services are not just for homes, as it targets businesses as well.
Benefits of this service include; easy scheduling, upfront pricing and well picked local professionals.
At first, it was available only in the U.S and limited to only 41 states. However, the services were launched in the U.K in 2018, so they can enjoy almost every home services from oil change to piano lessons.
Amazon is keen on customer satisfaction, so the company offers re-do or a refund if the customer was not satisfied with the services provided.
And like Uber, you can rate your service provider and you can read reviews from verified customers.
